To Alaska from PA: A Mennonite family of 10-sleeping in a box trailer along the way!

An acquaintance of mine, George Shirk, and his wife and eight children, traveled to Alaska to visit us (Matt Snader) in 2017. What is remarkable, is that they only ate canned food (with one or two exceptions) and slept in an enclosed box trailer! They made the trip for basically the price of fuel-but still had a good time! Watch as they visit various places in Alaska, including watching bears eat salmon in Hyder, Alaska. They also take a ride on a dog cart, go gold panning, and more. This is the ultimate in budget friendly traveling!
