ep 17: Tour Management 101: Production 101

Episode 17:

It’s common that newer tour managers with little technical experience, quickly get in over their heads when they find out that a big part of their job is to communicate all of the production needs for that show. It’s also the common progression for Up and coming acts start taking small production elements like lighting, staging or a backdrop so that’s when the Tour manager starts being a Production Manager and has to keep up with wearing two hats.

In Production 101 we’re going to teach you that you don’t need to have a technical background you just need to know how to manage it.
