Anti-racism and mental health advocate Anthony McLean joined us on Wednesday, May 5, for a session exploring these two important aspects of social progress, and the virtue at the heart of both—empathy.

Anthony argues that psychological safety and creating a sense of belonging are central to both pursuits.
