Quinto corte del disco y la canción que más difícil resultó producir y evidenció los problemas internos de la banda. Se comenzó a grabar en los estudios STS en1990, continuó su producción en Berlín. No se ponían de acuerdo en darle la forma definitiva y se grabaron infinidad de versiones diferentes. Al final, como suele suceder en estos casos, se optó por la primera idea que habían grabado en una maqueta. De hecho, cuando regresaron a irlanda, contrataron un nuevo productor, Steve Lillywhite, para que con "orejas frescas" se encargase de dar una última revisión al tema. Y al final hizo una mezcla muy parecida a la de la maqueta inicial. Es, sin duda, la canción del disco que más se asemeja al estilo que pretendían abandonar, el sonido americano. De hecho la banda estaba teniendo problemas para vender su nuevo estilo en el mercado americano y esta canción podría suponer la llave a la radio fórmula americana. La sacaron como quinto sencillo y tuvo gran acogida. La banda llegó a odiarla porque no le supieron dar todo el potencial que ellos pensaban que tenía la canción. Se convirtió rápidamente en una de las favoritas del público pero a U2 les resultaba difícil defenderla en directo. Fue siendo apartada poco a poco de los conciertos hasta que la volvieron a rescatar en la gira de 2018.
