Vincent "Mad Dog" Coll wanted to be a big shot! He hated working for Dutch Schultz. So he declared war on his former employer. He also took on other powerful Mobsters including Owney Madden and Jack "Legs" Diamond. He got the name "Mad Dog" after a group of small children got in the way of a man he intended to kill.
