Firstwood is a technology oriented company which produces its wood in accordance with principals of ecological sustainability.
Firstwood produces high quality thermally modified wood in five classes of refinement at the factory which was opened at 21th September 2009.
The heat-treatment factory works with the global leading technology which was found in Finland and is industrially used since 1996.

The economic and social connection to the region is very important for our company. Locally sourcing of raw materials for Firstwood® within the whole process of production and logistics is our priority in hence of ecological sustainability. We would like to emphasise our special commitment to the optimisation of our energy costs, which is not understood for every producer of thermally-modified wood.
