A few months back Bill and I started a project to publish all of his Bagpipe Tutorials online. Sadly after a sudden and severe illness, Bill passed away on the 24 June 2020 and unfortunately he never got to see the end result of this project.

The purpose of this email is to let you know that I have published two of the four modules listed below.
