Okonomiyaki (Simple Recipe) | Gracia's Kusina

Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake containing a variety of ingredients in a wheat-flour-based batter. The name is derived from the word okonomi, meaning "how you like" or "what you like", and yaki meaning "cooked".

Ingredients:
For the Pancake Mix:
200g Cabbage
100g Beef belly (strips/thinly sliced)
1 & 1/2 cup Flour
3 Eggs
1 cup Beef stock

For the Sauce Mix:
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Ketchup.
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
2 tbsp. Sugar
Mayonnaise
