Hello, Everyone! Here's the recipe for the chai tea chiffon cake :D I hope you'll like it.
btw, you can eat it without the coconut cream.

Chai Tea Chiffon Cake

3 teabags, black tea -for cake batter
2 teabags, black tea
3 Tbsp coconut milk + 4 Tbsp milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cardamom
3 eggs (50g each without shell)
85 g sugar
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
75g wheat flour (replace 2 Tbsp with 2 Tbsp of corn starch)
