Cooking ♡ Kumara Cake Salad! ♡ Shaaanxo

Hi everyone! I have been enjoying this meal lately, and this is the basics on how to make it! Feel free to add any extra herbs or ingredients to make it more flavoursome!

What you will need for the Kumara Cakes:
4 Eggs, Seperated
2 C Kumara
1 C Flour (I use Coconut, you can use anything you have)
1/2 t Salt
1 + 1/2 t Baking Powder
1 C Coconut Milk
3 Spring Onions
2 T Parsley

This will make you roughly 10 patties!

Salad:
Salad Mix
Cherry Tomatoes
Red Onions
Balsamic Reduction
Avocado
