Marco appears on a radio program called Desert Island Discs in June 1991. He has to choose the music, book and one luxury item he would take with him to a deserted island. Cool concept.

Hopefully this video doesn't get claimed/taken down. I clipped out all the music. This was a very cool insight to Marco as person, as least at the time of the recording. I think our musical taste says a lot about us, don't you think?

Marco Pierre White is a British chef, restaurateur, and television personality. He has been dubbed "the first celebrity chef" and the enfant terrible of the UK restaurant scene. In January 1995, aged 33, White became the first British chef to be awarded three Michelin stars. He held the record for the youngest chef to earn 3 stars until 2002.
