Observation is one of the most essential skills for understanding how things work and develop in life. Eyes see everything but good observation skills help us analyze things so it needs to be improved day by day. Learn to observe to understand the people around us and understand ourselves, Mr. Nguyen Duc Quynh, who has over 25 years of experience in programming technology, always applies his observation skills to optimize many problems at work and fathom others around him.
Being an excellent junior when he was in Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Nguyen Duc Quynh is considered as a key person of FPT company since the very first days. He is not only one of the first people who went to India to bring the technology to Vietnam but also the one that conquered FPT’s first American customers in 1999 – 2000.

After 25 years of working at FPT (21 years at FPT Software), Duc Quynh is now a prestigious leader in the corporation, who is always beside his team on their journey. He has been through so many positions such as developer, team leader, PM, first IT Manager of FSOFT, group leader, FSUL, sub-director then director of FPT Software HCM and recently Chairman of FSOFT HCM.
