Best TRIPLE CHOC CHIP COOKIES - Ever!!! Pecans Optional

It doesn't get any better than this, folks! Guarenteed the best triple choc chip cookie you will ever have the pleasure of tasting! Using three types of good quality chocolate chips, pecans, vanilla and the perfect ratio of wet to dry ingredients. As amazing as these are straight out of the oven, do yourself a favour and leave some until they are cold! They are both soft and crunchy, rich and oh-so-morish! Bake these for your boss and you'll get a promotion, bake them for family and they'll become your signature offering at every family function from here on out. Good thing they're easy to make! Word of advice though - go ahead and make a double batch - because everyone is sad when these cookies run out!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup softened butter
1 1/4 cups brown or coconut sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2ts vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup plain flour
1 ts baking powder
1ts salt
1 packet milk choc chips
1 packet dark choc chips
1 packet white choc chips
1 cup peacans, roughly chopped

Cream butter and sugar, add egg and beat until fluffy
Add milk and vanilla and combine well
Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix
Add choc chips and peacans and combine well.
On a cookie tray lined with baking paper, drop heaped dessert spoons of cookie mixture, leaving space between each one
Bake in a moderate oven for 12-15 minutes
Leave on tray a few minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool
Delicious hot or cold
Fantastic with milk, coffee, on their own, on ice cream, in ice cream, at parties, for dessert, as a naughty treat, and for absolutely all other occassions.
