Homemade Nerf Gun Revolver (Easy $3)

I build a Nerf Gun Revolver from a $2 confetti party popper

I bought the party popper at walmart for $2, I used some scrap wood for the handle, an old piece of pvc for the barrel, The alligator clips and glue were less then $1 and the spray paint I got for free from someone who was cleaning out their house,The Total I spent on the actual dart gun was less then $3.

There is one catch, the nerf gun is quite expensive to shoot, They also sell party popper reloads at walmart and they come in packs of 4 for $3, It comes out to about 12cents per shot, But there is actually an alternative, I didn't include it in the video, but I was also able to reload the cylinders using large cap rings, they didn't work perfect but they did work, I think with some modifications to the cylinder, the caps would fit better and work good enough and make it cheap to shoot.
