TOPIC OF THIS VIDEO:
Tip 1: Overview/Opening
Most of the travel videos need a better beginning than the typical "walking into the airplane" take. I show you how you could make a more creative start of your GoPro (Hero 7) travel video.
Tip 2: How to film yourself
A great way to film yourself is by using an extendable pole. I show you exactly how to hold the pole and how to move yourself that it looks like somebody else is filming you (that's great if you are traveling alone).
Tip 3: B-Roll Shots
B-Roll footage are "detail takes". That means if you, for example, film yourself walking along a way in a forest, you should also film the flowers/trees/animals etc. in the forest, so the viewers have a more detailed overview of the place you are at. B-Roll footage make your GoPro (Hero 7) travel videos much more interesting.
Tip 4: Film specific places
If you are, for example, at the beach, you should not only film the beach and that's it. You can break down this beach location to specific places: the sea, the cliffs, the sea but underwater etc. If you film various smaller places at one bigger place, like a beach, you are able to improve your GoPro (Hero 7) travel videos.
Tip 5: Outro
To fade out your travel videos it is necessary to have great outro footage. Time lapses are a great way to end your GoPro (Hero 7) travel videos with. They are very easy to make and look just so cinematic.
