Tyra Banks is reportedly suing Netflix over claims of defamation by implication and breach of contract tied to the documentary Reality Check: America’s Next Top Model.

Banks, who hosted America’s Next Top Model for 22 seasons, alleges that only about 16 minutes of her 3.5 hours of interview footage were used. She claims the final edit removed important context and reassembled her comments in a way that created a misleading and damaging narrative.

The lawsuit is seeking a jury trial and unspecified punitive damages. Netflix has not publicly commented on the claims at this time.
