Insta360 GO Ultra Night Test: Pure Video Mode + OneWheel POV

Testing the Insta360 GO 3 Ultra in low light conditions! I wanted to see how this tiny action camera performs at night, so I took it out for a car vlog and mounted it to my OneWheel for some POV action.

Test Conditions:
📍 Location: East Coast, approximately 7PM (dark conditions)
🎥 Settings: 4K 24fps, Pure Video Mode
🎤 Audio: Mic Air with USB-C receiver plugged into Action Pod
💡 Lighting: Natural street lights, then added Aputure light in car

My Favorite Features:

Voice commands - Say "start recording" and it just works (perfect for safe driving!)
Freeform recording - It's basically open gate! Export the same clip in landscape AND vertical
Pre-record mode - Captures 10-30 seconds BEFORE you hit record (great for unexpected moments)
Accessories - The ring mount makes it super easy to tap and start recording

The Verdict:
The GO 3 Ultra holds up surprisingly well in low light when using Pure Video Mode. Street lights provide enough illumination for usable footage, and adding a small LED light dramatically improves the image. Audio quality with the Mic Air is solid, and noise cancellation works well for car environments.
Perfect for vlogging, POV content, and situations where you need a compact camera that can handle challenging lighting.
