P.S.: Some viewers pointed out that I might have too many tandem breakers in my breaker panel. After consulted with an electrician, I did have too many.

Fortunately, when my solar power supply company, Vivint, installed solar panels on my roof, they upgraded my breaker panel to a new one which allows tandem breakers in all slots. Now it is fully complied to the codes and passed town inspection.
