If you are at home seeking some opportunities to exercise, check out these videos for some inspiration and entertainment while you walk in place at home. In this video, TravelingMel walks through a couple neighborhoods in Redondo Beach. The flowers are blooming and Mel can't resist filming them all. There are classic palm trees lining the neighborhood roads. She eventually crosses back over Pacific Coast Highway to the fog shrowded beach. The beaches themselves are closed but we get to see some wonderful houses and more on a beautiful day and on this walk there seem to be more people out exercising their dogs.
