Lathe VFD 2: How to Program a VFD for a lathe (Teco-Westinghouse L510)

Today we continue with the lathe VFD upgrade. We walk through all of the programming of the VFD for external speed and direction control, we change settings to make the motor run smoothly and quietly and we even hook up a speed-controlled supplemental cooling fan.
