Norwegian Cruise Line Looking at Europe Before the United States. It's starting to look more and more like Norwegian cruise line will try starting in Europe with their best ships before starting in the United States. While Norwegian is still selling cruises on ships out of Miami in March of 2021. Both of the ships are still located in Europe.
