Found this Article on Twitter via the Archivist (Tweet included in video) and had to share it and read it with some thoughts & Theories. It immediately reminded me of the Goonies... the most impactful movie of my life... Ive always wondered about the legitimacy and symbolism of the Goonies.. I have many theories.. but the connection here is certainly something to consider as well... Just a Fun little video.. just like the writer of the Article in 1890s, I too have no CLUE as to the Validity of this story... but it sounds awesome.. and sounds too descriptive to be a fraud at the time.. who knows tho???
