Book Value Explained

Over here I explain what book value is and how to find it. Knowing the book value per share of the company you're analyzing is very important as it can show you whether or not the shares are selling for a good price. They are usually not displayed on finance websites so its better to use the formula and check for yourself.

Book Value Per Share = (Assets-Liabilities)/outstanding shares
