High protein Quinoa Dosa #recipe #quinoadosa #easynutrition

QUINOA DOSA made using red/white quinoa and lentils. No rice, no fermentation required. High fibre, high protein meal perfect for those also who follow gluten free diet. Quinoa is a super grain that is high in fibre and rich in antioxidants. It keeps you fuller for longer as well which helps in your weight loss journey too.

Ingredients for Quinoa dosa (serves 8-10 dosas)-
1 cup red/white quinoa
1/2 cup Moong dal
1/2 cup Urad dal
1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp flaxseed (optional)
1 tbsp salt
Ginger
Green chillies
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Water to soak and grind

Method-
Rinse quinoa, moong dal, urad dal in a bowl and set it aside for 4-5 hours. Add ginger, green chillies, cumin seeds and grind to make a smooth paste. Add salt and keep it aside for half n hour(optional).
Rub tiny bit of oil on a pan. Place about 1/3rd cup of dosa batter in the middle of the pan. Using the bottom of the Spoon, start spreading the batter into a round, moving outward from the center in a spiral motion. Sprinkle a few drops of oil around the edges
Let them bottom cook until golden-brown. If your dosa is thin, you don't need to cook on other side, just fold it half and serve with Sambar or your favourite chutney.
