Making the Easiest Salad in Appalachia

In this video I share our favorite easy summer salad. Using things straight from the garden make it so good! Granny made the simple salad when I was growing up and now I make it for my family.

Granny's Easy Salad

Cucumber
Onion
Tomato

Mix chopped veggies (the amounts are up to your tastebuds); season with salt and pepper; refrigerate for several hours; enjoy!
