Sunny Sunday MGCQ Drive in Baguio City (PERFECT SPOT FOR SUNRISE)
Baguio City is still under Modified General Community Quarantine or MGCQ status until September 30, 2020. Despite that, a few restrictions have been eased in the city. This includes the removal of the Sunday lockdown and that quarantine pass is no longer needed to go out, except for when entering malls. Parks are also now open for Baguio locals. Local residents of the City of Pines took advantage of this easing to get a breath of fresh air, take a jog, bike, and spend quality time with nature. Earlier this Sunday morning, we thought we'd get an early whiff of the cool Baguio air and go for a drive around the city to catch the sunrise and see some view. What we visited greeted us with spectacular views that would make you feel like you are in your own music video.
We hope you enjoyed this sunny drive of ours, and we also hope that this video can bring a positive note to your day.
Please stay home unless you have work or anything absolutely essential to do, and if you do need to go out, practice kindness, mindfulness, and social distancing. Wear masks and let’s all be safe and healthy so can all heal as one.
If you miss going inside the tourist spots, we do have some walking tours that we have done pre-pandemic that you can watch:
