Paul McClean is the architect who is responsible for designing Nile Niami's crazy spec build "THE ONE" along with countless other mega mansions across LA. In today's video, we talk about who Paul McClean is and his ties to this project.

After doing my research for this video, I got to know Paul McClean on a much deeper level and I have a ton of respect for him as an architect and a visionary. Paul McClean was given the challenging task of designing THE ONE, which ended up being a 105,000 square foot mega mansion in Bel Air with a price tag once rumored to be $500,000,000. Today we talk about who Paul McClean is, how Paul McClean is tied to "THE ONE" and we look at some of Paul McClean's other projects that he has done in the area, outside of the homes he has designed for Nile Niami.
