Delta Force Veteran Tom Spooner Tells of the Soldier's Struggle
Transitioning to civilian life can be one of the more difficult things for a soldier. Sometimes the effects of war on the warrior are more difficult to understand, especially when they strike after they leave the battlefield. Join two elite veteran soldiers, Mike Glover and Tom Spooner, as they walk through the Warrior's Heart foundation and talk about the troubles some soldiers face in life after war.
Tom Spooner founded Warrior's Heart in order to help warriors heal and overcome the difficulties that many soldiers encounter when they come home. Warrior's Heart is an addiction and PTSD/chemical dependency treatment center for military, veterans, and first responders to help them overcome these issues and other traumas that can destroy lives if not treated.
