Ingredients:
3 liters full cream milk
Temperature 120 degrees
For making yogurt 3 tsp yogurt
Leave it for 48 hrs warm place
To make qorot
3 tsp White vinegar
1/2 one and half tsp salt
Drain yogurt with clean clothes
Wait for 20 minutes

If the qorot is not soft use 1 tsp yogurt
