Customer operating Biochar Production Facility in West Africa, so we prepared and tested their raw materials: Sugarcane Bagasse producing high quality biochar using our Continuous Carbonization Funrace.

So this model is designed with pre- drying process together with carbonization double drum rotating working. It able to accept when raw biomass materials moisture a big higher. And also good for factory land plan dimensions limited project.

The working temperature we suggesting is close to 700 centigrade, to make sure we can get higher quality biochar. Also PLC system is moinitoring the position which close to reactor temperature. So it helps a lot for our production under qualified standard.
