Wild Carpathia 3

The third episode of Travel Channel's critically acclaimed Wild Carpathia takes us to the Northern Carpathians and an odyssey through the stunning landscapes of the Maramures and Bucovina. Here we see ancient wooden churches dating back hundreds of years and Unesco World Heritage painted monasteries whose extensive and breathtaking murals, both internal and external have survived the test of time and bring visitors from around the globe. We also head back south to Transylvania to meet HRH The Prince of Wales at his idyllic rural retreat where we spot bears on his doorstep and discuss the work he is doing to help revitalise rural communities.
