During World War II, Jack Tredrea and Z Special Unit’s mission was with the headhunters of Borneo, fighting the Japanese. After their dramatic wartime service, the Digger and his fellow commandos were banned by the Official Secrets Act from telling their extraordinary tale for several decades. Jack returned to his much quieter life as one of Adelaide’s most-respected tailors, stitching the suits of prominent politicians, lawyers and businessmen. Ross Coulthart journeyed back to the Borneo Highlands with Jack as the Digger reunited with the headhunters.
