Animal rights activist and BJP leader Maneka Gandhi, on the Supreme Court's order over stray dogs

Delhi: Animal rights activist and BJP leader Maneka Gandhi, on the Supreme Court's order over stray dogs, said, "The Supreme Court has done nothing. They have abdicated responsibility and said that now go to the High Courts. They have simply said that what they said in November should be done. Now, nobody has done anything. From November to now, it has been six months, and not a single ABC centre, shelter, or hospital has been made. Nobody has removed the dogs because they can not. This is technically not feasible. The SC has realised that there is a non-compliance across the country. So, they have now said that we have said what we had to and if anybody has problems, then they should go to the HCs."
