3 ROUNDS FOR TIME

Rest as needed but keep it minimum. Focus on good movement and controlled on the glute work. The cardio pieces go quick.

Repeat 3x

- Burpee Broad Jump 6 reps

- Sumo Squat to Calf Raise 16 reps

- Jumping Jacks 1 minute

- Glute Bridge 16 reps (wide stance)

- Glute Bridge 16 reps (feet/legs together)

- Flutter Kick 20 reps (10 ea leg)

- High Knees 20 reps (10 ea leg)

- Curtsy Side Squat 16 reps (8 ea leg)
