Calories Doesn't Matter
Quanity of food is not an important paramater to be considered in fitness and nutrition, it is the quality of food that is an important factor that helps in fitness and good nutrition. Calories is a measure of the quantity of energy that is supplied by each food item. 25g of panner will supply almost the same amount of calories compared to two biscuits, but both these food items react with the body differently. Two food items may provide the same amount of calories but one food item will give satiety while the other food item may still provide hunger, in simple understanding this is one of the main differences in food items and their respective calories they provide. The human body is not designed to measure calories, it reacts to satiety, hunger, taste and smell of food items.
