How to Assign/Update Collection Agent in LendStack App||New Version

Want to update the collection agent for some loans? Here's how you can do it!

👉 Go to the Loans section.
🔍 Tap on Filters and choose the Collection Agent whose loans you want to update.
✅ Select all or some of the loans that need to be reassigned.
➡️ Click Next, choose the new Collection Agent, and tap Update.

That’s it! 🎉 All selected loans have now been transferred to the new agent.

✔️ Finally, filter by the new Collection Agent to confirm if the loans have been updated successfully.
