Welcome! Come join for some motivation and accountability! Here we follow the 50/10 Pomodoro method, where we work for 50 minutes and then take a 10 minute break to chat and relax.

I am a physics PhD student in my second year at the University of Auckland. My PhD is purely theoretical and computational, so I do lots of coding. My research looks at gravitational wave physics in relation to supermassive black holes and the future Laser Interferometer Space Antenna.

I did my undergraduate and Masters in the UK, where I grew up, and then moved to New Zealand for my PhD. I now do purely research and don't take any classes, but I do teach some!

I also have an interest in how memory works, how we develop habits and effective study methods!

Rest, hobbies and connections are just as important in life, and I will always promote that!
