DIY Campervan Conversion Australia

We start construction on our Toyota Hiace Campervan conversion. A trip to Bunnings, buying wood, drilling, cleaning out the van, measuring twice, cutting once, improvise on sawing, meeting our neighbors, removing the purple window tint, sewing diy mattress cushions, making reflective window coverings.

We decided to put in a bed and table combo into the back section with room underneath for storage. It makes sense for sleeping, sitting and eating in the van. It sure comes in handy during rainstorms and when you want to hang out in your van with friends. No need to be laying down all the time.
