G20 Summit - Sol Picciotto interview
ICTD Researcher Prof. Sol Picciotto being interviewed by Vietnam Television (VTV) during the G20 Antalya Summit. The interview is

According to Prof. Picciotto, "The international tax rules are outdated having been devised 80 years ago when international investment was by investors in one country into businesses in another, and not the highly integrated MNEs of today. Interesting, though perhaps surprising, that despite the crises on terrorism and immigration etc Vietnam TV still consider international tax reform important."
Also speaking is Steve Price-Thomas of Oxfam, commenting on the BEPS package for international tax reform, which the G20 leaders just received and approved.
