I went to a Fitness Bootcamp at Hard End Fitness Factory recently because I needed a challenge. I'm all about fitness, not just pumping weights in the gym. I enjoy all kinds of fitness activities. Boot Camps involves more crossfit activities, which I absolutely love and so I was really looking forward to it. I must say, I completely enjoyed every minute of it.
Like they say, " No pain, no gain" 💪🏾😍
