Calisthenics workout motivation! Strict muscle-ups & pull-ups inspiration!

I hope this workout can give you some calisthenics inspiration and motivation for your own training. This workout was inspired by Zef Zakavelli and a workout he did in one of his videos. I modified the workout to my strength level and changed the static holds from 10 sec to 5 sec. See the original workout here:
