Community mourns death of Flint Police Captain Collin Birnie
Family, friends and hundreds of law enforcement officials mourn the death of Flint police Captain Collin Birnie on Friday, Feb. 11, 2022 along Saginaw Street outside of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in downtown Flint.
