Quick Sketches - First Time Drawing People in Procreate

Several weeks ago I watched a YouTube video that challenged me to improve my art by trying iterative drawing. (Link below) This is my first attempt at this technique. Each face was supposed to be quick and loose, but it didn’t take me long to until I started adding details, shadows and highlights, and once I did, there was no going back. 😅 Well, whatever. I still had fun doing them! During this time of quarantine it’s been very therapeutic to draw again (something I haven’t done for a long time). And while I’ve been drawing, I’ve prayed for many people across the world, as this pandemic has reached near and far. I hope you are all doing well and staying safe!

I didn’t have a plan or reference photos for any of the faces - they just developed out of my imagination. I know they aren’t perfect but I still had so much fun doing this.
