Saladin — The Sultan Who United the Muslim World

He took back Jerusalem… and earned respect even from his enemies.

Saladin was the Muslim leader who rose during the Crusades and changed the balance of power in the Middle East.
He united divided Muslim forces and defeated the Crusaders at the Battle of Hattin in 1187.
That victory opened the path to Jerusalem.
When he recaptured the city, he showed far more mercy than many expected.
Even some of his enemies respected his honor and leadership.
Saladin became a symbol of courage, strategy, and chivalry.
His legacy survived long after the wars ended.

Saladin won battles — and admiration.
