Code C1214: Repairing a C5 Corvette's EBCM

S2E18: A recent code issue, C1214, lead me to try the second of several possible fixes. Since cleaning my negative points didn't work in Part I, we tackle pulling the EBCM from the C5 and soldering new connections. I explain why this project is just a bit more intensive for a first time DIYer.
