12) their emotions can be more intense and focused
13) not knowing why a frustrating or undesirable situation is happening the way it is
14) they often don’t like getting upset at situations they know other people don’t get upset about
Summery of 14 tips:
1) Have people talk to you when you are upset.
2) Write your thoughts down on a piece of paper.
3) Break tasks down into smaller chunks, master the sub-components, and write things down on lists.
4) You can again practice talking to other individuals expressing how they feel. Writing your thoughts down on a piece of paper is again also helpful.
5) Learn how to be mindful and learning to love and accept who they are.
6) Learn techniques to avoid certain uncomfortable stimuli or by learning to slowly get used to it using a “mind over matter” approach.
7) Honor the fact that this is a gift. This allows you to already be one step ahead compared to most people into releasing the sources of the problem.
8) Understanding that people make mistakes. Understand every mistake a person does is caused by some level of unknowing and innocence.
9) Push themselves to switch mindset and realize it isn’t as bad as it initially seems
10) Again, push themselves to switch mindset and realize it isn’t as bad as it initially seems.
11) Cope with short term memory by learning to write things down.
12) Understand ayou cannot get rid of this nature of the mind but only embrace it. You can take certain prescribed medication.
13) Figuring out the reason why certain things happen is actually the solution. If you can't then you can try to accept it.
14) Accept the fact you sometimes get upset over things that others often don’t
