Hummingbird Banding Adventure in Louisiana

Join Derek as he visits a private residence in Southeastern Louisiana to band hummingbirds with Erik Johnson of Audubon Louisiana. Their target bird is a Buff-bellied Hummingbird along with several other Rufous/Allen's Hummingbirds. They start out hopeful as they see many noisy hummingbirds flitting about the yard, but their spirits start to fade as they seem weary of their trap. They turn to other tactics in order to try and catch their target species, but will they be successful?
