Nutrition in third trimester: 🤰

If you’ve reached third trimester of pregnancy, congratulations! You have finally reached those last three months of hard work and soon you’ll be entering motherhood. For this trimester try to to consume more of the following nutrients:

1️⃣DHA : extremely good for brain development of baby. Have more of fruits , milk ,egg.

2️⃣iron : you need 30mg of iron each day and for that you can consume more of leafy greens, jaggery, chanaa, wheat bran, dairy products, beans.

3️⃣vitamins B6, B12, Vitamin C : banana, oranges, sweet lime, carrots, almonds.

4️⃣calcium : good sources are nuts, tofu, cheese, curd.

5️⃣magnesium : consume more of almond , barley , oats , beans.

Have 8-10 cups of water per day.

Avoid having:
- raw /uncooked vegetables
- spicy food— may lead to indigestion and acidity
- dee fried / excessively oily food
- high salt content food : chips, fries
