1. Band work (Abductions, Forward/Backward, Lateral)
2. Barbell Squats
3. Romanian Dead Lifts
4. Med Ball Hamstring Curls
5. Barbell Squats
6. Isolated Calf Holds
7. Tibialis Raises

Been locking in on these movements lately to bulletproof my lower body—especially my ankles. Every exercise here is dialed toward staying strong, stable, and injury-free. Whether you're running, lifting, or just trying to stay mobile, form is everything. I make sure to stay controlled and intentional with each rep.
