After you install a canopy, portable garage, or storage shed the safest thing your will want to do is securely anchor it to the ground to prevent damage from winds. If left unanchored your canopy will act like a kite in the wind, being lifted by the wind and will flying away. There are two types of canopy anchors that will do an excellent job; the auger style anchors and the easy hook earth anchors. The auger style will twist into sandy or loose soil and the earth anchors will need to be hammered into the ground and then you will give them a tug to securely set them into place.
